HERALBONY BAG vol.2

The second installment of the popular art collaboration with "HERALBONY"

What is HERALBONY?

Intellectual disability. Even within this general term, there are countless individualities.

Rich sensibility, delicate hands, bold ideas, sharp concentration...

It's not "normal." At the same time, I think that's a possibility.

We transcend the borders of preconceptions and common sense that divide this world.

And we will deliver various "uniqueness" to society in various forms,

We will create a new culture based on welfare.

This unit conducts various welfare experiments based on the concept of "Stand out."

We have prepared items that are not limited to art but are conscious of their connection to everyday life.

ART by SASAYAMA Katsumi (*Affiliation: unico)

Sasayama's production begins when a staff member reaches out to him.

With the words "Please," she begins to move freely with her brush.

Strong circles and colorful lines.

Carefully, one by one, with great force,

A line is drawn from her chest outwards as she sits on the desk, her face draped over her chest.

In many of his works, the brushstrokes extend beyond the surface of the paper.

It shows her strength and generosity.

※unico

A project to support the creative activities of people who use the social welfare corporation Asaka Aiikuen.

ART by SHIMIZU Takeshi (affiliated with Kawagoe Imonoko Workshop No. 3)

Born in 1985, Shimizu is passionate about the things he loves.

The current trend is to black out the text in catalogs with a pen.

Lie down and feel the breeze, jump to your favorite music,

Floating in the pool or working meticulously.

Shimizu's paintings are expressive and colorful, and are true to himself.

In fact, he is my twin brother.

※ Kawagoe Imonoko Workshop No. 3

We have been working in Koedo Kawagoe for over 30 years to make the wish of people who have disabilities "to be able to work, no matter how severe" come true.

The back side has a common design.

Why not try adding some art to your everyday outfits?
